Customizing Instructions

The video player can provide optional instructions prior to the conversation. This can help guide new users through asking their first questions. You can customize this instructional text in Conversa. To turn on instructions add “&cs=1” to the URL.

Question entry via text can be opened manually by clicking on the keyboard icon ( ). The keyboard will open automatically if microphone access is not available or if the URL includes tthe “&key=1” parameter.
